"Showing" means this property has been shown before and is still available at the time of the listing. These listing are kept posted until
there is a signed rental agreement which may happen just prior to the "showing" date and appointment.
Some reasons for disqualification: Net income total is less than 2.2 times the rent, credit scores are less than 650 and/or negative employment, rental history and/or unverifiable income.
