When will I receive my Owner Statement?
Owner statements are published on your Appfolio Owner Portal on the 20th of each month.
If you do not have internet access and have notified our office, your statement will be mailed on the 20th of each month.
How do I set up my Appfolio Owner Portal? How do I view statements? How do I make a contribution if my balance is negative?
