If your request was submitted correctly, you will get a confirmation email within 15 minutes. We address all emails three times daily. We appreciate the job you do and we are here to support you. What if I need to speak to someone immediately. 1) Call 808-949-9499, and ask for PMIC (Property Manager In Charge) 2) Be sure to have the unit and tenant information, contact numbers, and briefly what the concerns are. 3) If a PMIC is not available a) and not an emergency, you may be directed to a PMIC's voicemail. b) If it is an emergency please call 911, or the appropriate licensed vendor, i.e. plumber, electrician, etc. Report the incident to us the next business day. |
